If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination.

• Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

Damages

Brumal is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
